Mar Menor Golf Resort Phase 1 The first of the Polaris World resorts to be built with Phase I completely sold out. The first Polaris World Resort covers an area of 700.000 m2 and has 750 properties. It had a nine-hole golf course, which is being extended to 18, and is located close to the sea. Facilities include: Swimming pools Country club 5 star hotel Restaurants Medical centre Hairdresser / beauty salon Supermarket Mar Menor II Golf Resort Mar Menor Phase II apartments and town houses have just been released. Mar Menor Golf Resort is only 5 minutes from Los Alcazares and the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. All properties on Mar Menor II are front line golf and can enjoy all the benefits of the original resort plus the 18 hole Nicklaus Design golf course. La Loma Resort La Loma Resort is designed with sport lovers in mind. It houses the Polaris sports Centre which includes 2 multi purpose sports tracks, Olympic sized swimming pool,15 tennis courts, football pitch, gym and sports pavilion. It has a Nicklaus Design 9 hole golf course. 470 properties cover an area of 525.000 square metres which means that this is very low density with lots of open space. Great design by the Mexican architect Jose de Yturbe – the town centre is set around an arched open plaza in the shape of a guitar! Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort This resort is over 90% sold but still has some availability for 2006. The new Corvera international airport will be located less than 15 minutes from the resort. The whole resort is built around a splendid 18-hole golf course designed by Nicklaus design. Built around an 18-hole golf course designed by Nicklaus design it is the second largest of the Polaris World resorts. Covering an area of 1,400,000 m2, here are 2,648 properties - 446 villas, 1,728 apartments and 474 townhouses. The town centre is arranged around a lake and includes: shops, supermarket with delivery service, bank, spa and fitness centre, restaurants, swimming pool complex, medical centre, school, 5 star hotel complex, tennis courts, club house and much more… Condado de Alhama - New Release August 2006 !! First Phase prices are discounted and the best locations are available for early reservations. This is the largest Polaris World development to date. 1,600 apartments will be released in the first phase all with wide terraces, parking and golf views. 200 villas will have private gardens and swimming pool included with plots from 400m2 to 900m2.
