The Partners The company is owned by Rod Thomas, Mary Thomas, Geoff Cheshire and Anke Werner. Rod Thomas, a Chartered Surveyor,  has 30 years experience in the property sector. He sold his practice to Halifax, ( the UK's largest Estate Agency Group ), became a Director for them for 3 years before joining General Accident as a Regional Managing Director. He then returned to private practice. Before joining Team, Geoff Cheshire was most recently Senior Vice President of Sales for Forte Hotels. His background is worldwide marketing in the Travel and Leisure Industry. Anke Werner was most recently International Sales Development Director for AGA Management Consultants based in London. She has worked for a wide range of clients from HM Treasury to the Ford Motor Company on a world wide basis. Rod and Geoff are responsible for the property sales business. Anke is Finance Director responsible for the Team Espana Group. All four directors are responsible for the future strategy of the business.
